The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the same petitioner filed another writ petition in WP No.12245 of 2011. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. In view of the subsequent writ petition filed by the petitioner viz., WP No.12245 of 2011, no relief needs to be granted in respect of the present writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
