Today the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners has filed a memo stating that the parties have arrived at a compromise and the matter has been settled out of Court; that in the divorce proceedings, the respondent herein has agreed to receive a sum of Rs.5,25,000/- towards permanent alimony including a sum of Rs.75,000/- deposited in the account of D.V.A.C.No.2 of 2010 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore, pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court in M.P.No.1 of 2012 in Crl.R.C.No.489 of 2012, dated 27.04.2012.

2. Recording the memo filed by the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of in the following terms.

The respondent herein is permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.75,000/- deposited in the D.V.A.C.No.2 of 2010 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate-II, Coimbatore.
