O R D E R

The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 123, 274 and 273 of BNS, 2023 read with Section 24(1) of COTPA Act, 2003 in Crime No.822 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The allegation against that the petitioner is that, when the respondent police was conducting a raid, the petitioner was found with illegal possession of 2200 packets of banned tobacco products. Hence, the case.

3. This is the second anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner. Earlier, this Court dismissed the petitioner's anticipatory bail on 12.01.2026 by stating the following reasons:

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, gravity of offence, the petitioner and other accused had actively participated in the offence and taking note of the fact that the investigation of the case is pending and the fact that he is granted bail, he will indulge in similar offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 2/4

Now, without any change in circumstances, the present petition is filed. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
