PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus after calling for the records of the second respondent pertaining to his proceedings in Lr.No.222/PR-31/2005 dated 08.09.2005 and consequential order of the third respondent pertaining to his proceedings in Lr.No.AU/NSS/PR30/2005 dated 18.11.2005 and quash the orders dated 08.09.2005 and 18.11.2005 respectively and consequently direct the respondents to regularise the service of the petitioner in the existing vacancy of the Junior Assistant.
