ORDER

The Petitioner in the contempt petition, had filed a writ petition in W.P.No.36468/2004 for issuing a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to forward the petitioner's representation dated 21.03.2000 for enhancement of compensation to the Sub Court, Ponneri. 2.This Court by order dated 17.01.2005 disposed of the writ petition in W.P.No. 36468/2004, in the following lines : ''In such circumstances, since the petitioner had exercised her right for making a reference under Section 18 of the said Act for enhancement of compensation within the stipulated time limit, the concerned Acquisition Officer is directed to make the reference as prayed for by the petitioner to the appropriate Tribunal namely, Sub Court, Ponneri within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.''

3.This contempt petition is filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.36468/2004 dated 17.01.2005. 4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has filed an affidavit, in which, it is stated that the application of 2/3

the petitioner dated 01.12.2010 was referred to the Sub-ordinate Court Ponneri and the same is numbered as LAOP No.27 of 14 and is pending before the said Court.

5.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent reporting compliance, this Contempt Petition is closed. No Costs.
