ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 303 (2) and 326(a) of B.N.S

2023 in Crime No.100 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This Court has already granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20141 of 2025 dated 04.09.2025 with a condition to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of crime No.100 of 2025. However, the petitioner has not complied with the said condition imposed by this Court and not utilised the order passed by this Court. Thereafter. the petitioner has filed a miscellaneous petition to modify the said condition and this Court had not inclined to modify the said condition and the same was dismissed on 14.10.2025. Now the petitioner has come forward with the present petition and prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Considering the above facts this Court is of the view that since this Court has already granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner and he has not utilized the said order and not complied with the condition imposed by this Court and has filed this petition seeking the very same relief, which cannot be granted by this Court.
