(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenue, M.Sharmila, aged about 25 years, to cause production of the detenue, before this Court and to set her at liberty. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The alleged detenue, daughter of the petitioner, is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. 3.On enquiry, the detenue told us that she is coming from her parental house and that she expressed her willingness to go along with her father, the petitioner herein and that there is no illegal detention by anybody.
