ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 14.03.2022 seeking grant of Patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the property of 1.06 Acres situated at Survey No.104/2B, 105/2 in Perumbakkam Village, Tiruvallur Taluk and District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
