Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to direct the Registry to return the original ale deeds dated 22.03.2005 and 02.05.1983 marked as Ex.A1 and A2 to the petitioners/Appellants and substitute the same with the certified copies of the sale deeds dated 22.03.2005 and 02.05.1983 enclosed along with this petition (in CMP.No.6526/2018)pending disposal of the above SA.No.452/2010. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.C.ASHOK KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.B.MANOKARAN, Advocate on behalf of the respondents the court made the following order:- Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the Application seeking return of document viz., Original Title deed, Original sale deed dated 22.03.05 and 02.05.1983, Exs.A1 & A2 are directed to be returned to the petitioners on substitution of same with Certified copies.
