(Order of the Court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN,J.) These petitions have been filed to grant leave to the petitioner herein to file an Original Side Appeal against the common fair and decretal Order dated 27.08.2019 passed in A.Nos.877 & 878 of 2019 in C.S.Nos.411 & 438 of 2017.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. It is seen that the petitioner is not a party to the proceedings. However, since the petitioner is alleging that he has got all the rights over the movie, it is appropriate to grant leave to the petitioner to file an Original Side Appeal against the common fair and decretal Order dated 27.08.2019 passed in A.Nos.877 & 878 of 2019 in C.S.Nos.411 & 438 of 2017 and accordingly, these petitions are ordered.
