(Order of the Court made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenue Gunasundari, aged about 17 years, before this Court and to set her at liberty.

2.The alleged detenue is secured and produced before this Court by the respondent police. The petitioner/father of the detenue and the mother of the detenue are also before us. 3.On enquiry, the detenue told us that there is no illegal detention by anybody and that she expressed her willingness to go along with her parents, who are present before us. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Recording the submission made by the alleged detenue that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is closed as nothing further remains to be considered in this petition.
