Respondents in both WPs Prayer in WP.No.15526 of 2016: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to pay the incentive amount, a sum of Rs.28,850/- (Rupees One twenty eight thousand eight hundred and fifty only) to the petitioner herein together with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from 11-07-2014 till the date of realization of the said amount.
Prayer in WP.No.15527 of 2016: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to pay the incentive amount, a sum of Rs.1,32,100/- (Rupees One lakh thirty two thousand one hundred only) to the petitioner herein together with interest at the rate of 12% per annum from 30-12-2013 till the date of realization of the said amount.
