2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the compliance report filed by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the Contempt Petition may be closed and liberty may be given to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the respondent. 3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the Contempt Petition stands closed. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 08.08.2014 in accordance with law.
