(CRIME NO.429 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition appearing before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.123921 of 2021 Order dated 10.12.2021 in Crime No.429 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SREEDHAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.23921 of 2021, dated 10.12.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
