2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on an earlier occasion vide order dated 16.02.2023, the petitioner has agreed to deposit Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakh only) to the credit of Cr.No.114 of 2023 before the concerned Magistrate on or before 27.02.2023 and shall produce the said receipt before the concerned Court.

He would further that the petitioner is ready and willing to deposit the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- , but he would seek further more time to comply with the condition.

3. At the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, time to deposit the said amount is extended to 27.03.2023 as finally.

4. Call on 27.03.2023.
