O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint dated 08.01.2016 made by the petitioner.

2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that for the purpose of registering the complaint, the petitioner's presence is required for enquiry, but the petitioner failed to appear before the respondent police. He further submitted that if the petitioner appears before the first respondent police, immediately the matter will be taken up and necessary proceedings will be initiated. 3.To give quietus to the issue, the petitioner is directed to appear before the first respondent police on 21.06.2017 for enquiry. On such appearance, necessary enquiry be conducted by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the first respondent and if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is directed to take appropriate action and proceed in accordance with law.

4.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
