against the Judgement passed by the learned IV Additional District Sessions Judge, at Chennai in C.A.No.7 of 2015 dated 27.03.2019.

2.Mr.L.A.J.Selvam, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appeared for the first respondent. Name of R2 to R7 were printed in the Cause List. But there is no appearance.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay of 129 days in preferring the Crl.A. is condoned and accordingly, the petition is allowed.
