ORDER

The petitioners herein apprehending arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 6(a) and 24(1) of the Cigarette and other Tobacco Products Acts, 2003 and Section 123 of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.239 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Earlier anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed on 27.11.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.32481 of 2025 on the following reasons: "5. Considering the nature of offence, the recovery of huge quantity of banned tobacco products, the bad antecedent of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners."

3. Considering that there is no change in circumstances and I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
