We have interacted with the detenue/Ms.Deepa. She says that she does not want to return to the petitioner's house. 3.

Since, the detenue/Ms.Deepa is a major, according to us, she cannot be forced to return to the company of the petitioner. Hence, no further orders are called for. The Petition is, thus, closed. Consequently, connected Crl.M.P shall stand closed as well.
