The petitioner herein apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(aaa), 4(1-A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act in Crime No.394 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/4

2. It is seen that, this Court on 26.09.2025 dismissed the petitioner's bail in Crl.O.P.No.26590 of 2025 by stating the following reasons: "5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), investigation is pending and the nature of offence, though he is having no previous bad antecedents, considering that huge quantity of liquor has been supplied, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner."

3. Now, without any change in circumstances, the present petition has been filed. Hence, considering the fact that earlier merits of the case was already considered and there is no change in circumstances, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier anticipatory bail petition.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 11.02.2026 kmm 2/4
