..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to pass orders on the application dated 14.02.2005 submitted by the petitioner for Internet Service Providers (ISP) business and forbear the first respondent from interfering with the petitioner's right to carry on Internet Service Provider (ISP) business through the uplink of the second respondent.
