Heard both sides and perused the records.
2. The prayer made in this Writ petition is to issue a Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to provide adequate, effective police protection in respect of his life and property, which does not survive at this length of time.
3. In such view of the matter, this Writ Petition stands disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the police authorities, if necessity arises. No costs. Consequently, the connected M.P.No.1 of 2010 2/4
is closed.
