This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to provide alternate shops until the constructions in front of M and N Blocks. 2.Heard Mr.Su.Srinivasan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.M.Velmurugan learned counsel appearing for the first respondent, Mr.N.Sampath, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent and Mr.Jayesh B. Dolia, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that after completion of the construction of shops, the petitioner has been allotted with the shops and the writ petition has become infructuous.

4. In the light of the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as become infructuous. No costs.
