(CR.NO.501/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions in para 4 imposed upon the petitioner/Accused in Crl.MP.No.4933/2020 in Crl.OP.10254/2020 dated on 27.08.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.JAGADEESAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S. KRITIKA KAMAL .P, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners have filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10254 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Section 436 of IPC, in Crime No.501 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, on the first working day at 10.30 AM. of every month This petition is ordered accordingly.
