This writ petition has been directed against the notification of the 1st respondent at Page Nos.6-11 in Part II Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary No.461 dated 16.12.2011.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.
