When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner on 24.01.2022, the case has been registered by the 3rd respondent against the 5th, 6th and 7th respondents in Crime No.80 of 2020 for the offence under sections 341, 294(b), 323 of IPC, 1860 and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition stands disposed of. No cost.
