Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 4th respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.F2/11570/2009 dated 5.3.2010 and quash the same and thereby direct the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the encroachments caused by the respondents 5 and 6 in the 30 ft road abutting west of plot No.82, earmarked in the approved lay out in L.P.(CN) 73/76, in old Town S.No.17, new Town S.No.10, Municipal Resurvey Ward D, Erode Town, within the period fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
