ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2021 and to register the petitioner's daughter's marriage to be solemnized on 21.02.2021 in Bazar Masjid, No.40, M.B.T.Road, Walajapet, Ranipet District
2. Mr.C.S.Saravanan, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the third respondent. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the time of admission itself. 2/6
3. Heard Mr.A.S.Mujibur Rahman, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.S.Saravanan, learned counsel for the third respondent.
4. On instructions, Mr.C.S.Saravanan, learned counsel for the third respondent would submit that the management committee of Bazar Masjid, No.40, M.B.T.Road, Walajapet, Ranipet District is willing to register the marriage of the petitioner's daughter to be solemnized on 21.02.2021, on condition that the petitioner produces no objection certificate from the respective mosques where the bride and bride groom are residing.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has produced before this court no objection certificate from Ahl-E-Sunnath Lababeen Jamath, No.100/A, Big Street, Melvisharam - 632 509 where the bride / petitioner's daughter is residing and no objection certificate from Ahle Sunnath Jamath Big Masjid, Masjid Street, Pazhampettai, Chetpet - 606 801, Tiruvannamalai District where the bride groom is residing. The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce the aforementioned no objection certificates to the third and fourth respondents. 3/6
6. After recording the rival submission this court directs the petitioner is directed to submit the aforementioned documents along with his representation to the third and fourth respondents today itself. On receipt of the same, the third and fourth respondents shall register the marriage between the N.Amrin Banu, the petitioner's daughter and M.Irfan s/o. S.Maskar Basha which is scheduled to take place on 21.01.2021 at Bazar Masjid, Walajapet.
