O R D E R
The petitioner has sought a mandamus directing respondents 1 to 3 to grant plan permission/consent to enable the 4th respondent herein to sanction the plan for the construction of the house at Door No.84, Arulmighu Angalaparameswari Street, Choolai Chennai-112.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would state that pending the writ petition, two orders dated 27.09.2011 and 03.08.2011 have been passed by the Joint Commissioner, Chennai rejecting the applications of the petitioner. Proceedings have also stated to have been initiated in terms of Section 78 of the Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act for evicting the petitioner.
3. In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives in the present writ petition and the same is dismissed. It is for the petitioner to take appropriate action against the aforesaid orders in accordance with law. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
