When the matter came up for hearing, learned Counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. She has also submitted a letter to the Registry in this regard.

2.In view of the aforesaid submission and the letter so submitted, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
