Prayer:- Contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed in WP.No.28370 of 2021 dated 04.01.2022. For Petitioners : Mr.H.Mohammed Farook For Respondent : Mr.U.Baranidaran Additional Government Pleader.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 04.01.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.28370 of 2021, thereby directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 15.10.2021, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and the counter parties if any, pass order on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks. 2.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent conducted enquiry and passed orders on 16.04.2024. He also produced a copy of the order dated 16.04.2024, before this Court.
