Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent herein to comply the Court order made in W.P.No. 43542 of 2016 dated 16.03.2017 and direct the 3rd respondent to conduct fresh auction and to cancel the renewal order which was renewed by the 3rd respondent for 440 commercial shops owned by 3rd respondent which is situated in Attur Municipality, Salem District.

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the third respondent to comply the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.43542 of 2016 dated 16.03.2017.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.43542 of 2016 dated 16.03.2017 has been duly complied with by the third respondent.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
