This application has been filed to permit the applicant herein to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,60,000/- along with the interest accrued thereon deposited on the credit of O.P.No.489 of 2008 No.006366024461 in Dena Bank, George Town, Branch currently merged with Bank of Baroda.

2. The amount was deposited when the applicant was minor and the applicant has now attained majority and she was also declared major by order dated 02.01.2024 and this application has been filed for return of the money.

3. Considering the fact that the applicant is entitled to receive the amount with accrued interest, which has been deposited in the court, this application is ordered.
