Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience and non-compliance of the order dated 31.03.2016 made in W.P.No.9712 of 2015.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the compensation amount has been received by the petitioner, however, the copy of the award has not been communicated.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submits that the copy of the award has been communicated to the petitioner.

3. Since there is a dispute between the parties, as to whether the award has been communicated or not, this Court directs the respondents to serve the copy of the award on the petitioner in person, within one week from today.

4. The Contempt petition is closed with the aforesaid directions.
