By consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 2.When this writ petition came up before this Court on 07.02.2019, this Court directed the learned Special Govt.Pleader to get instructions. Today, the learned Special Govt.Pleader has stated that he has not received any communication from the respondents.

3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer made in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion as to the merits, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioners' Online Application dated 28.10.2018 in Application No.2018010020411157 for planning permission to construct 'Marriage Hall' in the property in question, on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
