ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with the above petition praying for registration of the case based on her complaint dated 21.03.2014.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.03.2014, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed as "civil in nature" in CSR.No.127/2014 as early as in the year 2014 itself. Recording the said submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate Forum, if she is so advised.
