(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the son of the detenue for a direction to the respondents to produce the detenue before this Court and set her at liberty.

It is seen that the petitioner's mother Kalyani, aged about 76 years went missing, in connection with which a case in Crime No.65 of 2015 has been registered on 08.03.2015 for woman missing on the file of the second respondent police and the investigation is in progress. In such circumstances, the respondents are directed to pursue the investigation in Crime No.65 of 2015 and keep the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner informed about any information or break through in the investigation.
