This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 26.02.2014.

2.Since this case is pending on the file of this Court from March 2014, this Court perused the materials available on record thoroughly before passing the following order. 3.On reading of the complaint dated 26.02.2014, it is stated by the petitioner that he is the owner of the property measuring more than 1200 sq. ft. and that one Sait is threatening him to sell the said property. It is seen that the petitioner has not given the date of occurrence alleged to have taken place. the respondent in regard to his complaint. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
