ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners herein were arrested on 28.01.2022 for their involvement in the transportation of banned tobacco products worth about Rs.16 lakhs. The petitioners are the owner of banned tobacco goods and the driver transported the goods in vehicle bearing Registration Nos.KA 09 C 4269 and KA 09 C 3426 Mahindra Pick Up. 2.Considering the stage of investigation and the quantity of the contraband, this Court is of the view that it is not appropriate time to grant bail to the petitioners herein when the investigation is yet to be completed and the sources of the prohibited goods are yet to be identified.
