This writ petition is heard through Videoconferencing, on account of the COVID-19 pandemic situation.

The prayer of the petitioner is to forbear the respondents from constructing Public Toilet at S.No.393/2C1 Kaniyur Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.07.2013. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner himself is no more.

However, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 states that the construction of the Public Toilet itself is completed and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
