ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint dated 12.05.2016 lodged by the petitioner and conduct fair investigation as per law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, who would submit that the complaint dated 12.05.2016 has been sent by post to the respondent and there is no proof that police have received the same.

4. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to appear in person before the respondent along with this order and lodge a fresh complaint, containing the very same contents as stated in the previous complaint dated 12.05.2016. On receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action be taken thereon in accordance with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
