The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the respondents to issue orders sanctioning the pension, DCRG and other pension benefits by disposing the representation dated 25.11.2013.
2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during the pendancy of this writ petition, disciplinary proceedings was initiated against the petitioner and it was concluded and order was passed in G.O.(D) No.502, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (ME.4) Department, dated 27.12.2017 and hence nothing survives for adjudication.
3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
