O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned proceedings dated 22.07.2018 and to direct the respondent to grant permission to the petitioner to hold the demonstration on future dated on 05.08.2018.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and hence, this writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

3. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
