This petition has been filed to to direct the first respondent police not to harass the petitioner in the name of registering the First Information Report against the petitioners.

Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioners and the second respondent submitted that the dispute between the parties have been amicably settled before the Mediation Centre and they have also filed Joint Memo of Compromise between the the petitioners and the second respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
entered between the parties.
3. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for both sides, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The Joint Memo of Compromise dated 23.01.2019 entered between the parties before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras shall form part of this Order. *Xerox copy of Joint Memo of Compromise is enclosed.
