PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to pay back wages from the date of dismissal to the date of superannuation and pension from July 2015 and other terminal benefits to the petitioner. ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending the writ petition, the terminal benefits have already been settled to the petitioner and the arrears of pension alone requires to be settled. He further submitted that since the major portion of his grievance has been met, the writ petition may be closed.

2. In view of the submission made, the writ petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies for claiming the arrears of pension, if any. No costs.
