Original Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant interim injunction restraining the election of office bearers for the 1st Defendant herein being conducted, pending disposal of the application filed by the applicant for directions to the Judge Commissioner to permit the applicant to participate in the election process.

A.No.3556 of 2018:

Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to implead the applicant herein as 6th Defendant in the suit in C.S.No.382 of 2017.

A.No.3557 of 2018:

Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Judge Commissioner appointed by this Hon'ble Court by order dated 12.12.2017 in Appln.No.2884 of 2017 in C.S.No.382 of 2017 to include the Applicant Club as an affiliated member of the 1st Defendant and permit the Applicant to participate in the election process.

This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing, the court made the following order: The Civil Suit in C.S.No.382 of 2017 had already been disposed of on 06.04.2018.
