Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.No.25485 of 2018 dated 02.11.2018 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.RAJMOHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.M.PRABHAVATHI ADDL.PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25485 of 2018 on 02.11.2018, to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the condition has been complied with by the petitioner only for 31 days. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.25485 of 2018 on 02.11.2018, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.
