This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.460 of 2023 on 10.01.2023 to report before the respondent police daily twice in the morning at 10:30 a.m., and evening at 05:30 p.m., for the period of two months.

2 .The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on the first working day of every month at 10:30 a.m., till the filing of the final report.
