ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner would file a revision against the order of the Collector and seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file revision.

2. In view of the above, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.3255 and 3256 of 2024 are also dismissed.
