This application has been filed to extend the time granted by this order dated 27.04.2018, and to receive the balance sale consideration at Rs.1850/- per s1.ft and to register the sale deed in favour of the 2nd applicant/third party.

2.Mr.Srikanth Varma, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent.

3.Heard both sides.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for extending the time to receive the balance sale consideration.

5. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, time is extended till 27.04.2021 for receiving the balance sale consideration. Accordingly, A.No.814 of 2021 is allowed.

6. Post A.No.815 of 2021 in O.P.No.175 of 2018 on 06.04.2021 for filing counter.
